This Privacy Policy applies to all apps, websites, and services built and operated by Jackhammer Labs LLC ("Jackhammer Labs", "we", "us", "our"), including this website and any mobile or web application that links to this policy. It covers all of our products, current and future.
1. Data We Collect
Depending on the product you use, we may collect:
- Account information — name, email address, and login credentials.
- Usage data — how you interact with our apps and websites, such as pages viewed or features used.
- Device information — device type, operating system, and app version, used for debugging and compatibility.
- Content you provide — anything you submit directly, like messages, feedback, or support requests.
We only collect what's needed to run and improve the product you're using.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To operate and maintain the app or service
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- To fix bugs and improve performance and reliability
- To keep accounts secure and prevent abuse
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Full stop. We may share data with service providers (like hosting or analytics platforms) strictly to operate our products, and only under agreements that require them to protect it.
4. Data Storage & Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
7. Third-Party Services
Our apps may rely on third-party infrastructure to function, such as:
- Cloud hosting & databases — to store data and run our services
- Authentication providers — to let you sign in securely
- Analytics & crash reporting — to understand usage and fix bugs
- Payment processors — to handle purchases or subscriptions, where applicable
These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their service and are bound by their own privacy commitments. They are not permitted to sell your data.
8. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect data transferred outside your country or region.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. This includes rights available to residents of the European Economic Area under the GDPR and to California residents under the CCPA/CPRA (including the right to know what data we collect and to request deletion — we do not sell or share personal data as those terms are defined under California law). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@jackhammerlabs.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Where we rely on your consent to process data, you may withdraw it at any time. Where we process data to provide a service you requested or to comply with a legal obligation, we may need to retain certain data even after a deletion request.
10. Children's Privacy
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website where practical.
12. Contact Us
